Rapper Lil Durk is fast growing his international superstar status! The Atlanta artist, by way of Chicago, is crushing the global charts with his hit, “All My Life.”
The track just came out yesterday, but it’s already overtaken Morgan Wallen‘s “Last Night” on Apple Music’s Global charts.
This, after the The Voice author decided to push his new album back at the last minute because of rap beef noise. He got into a big brouhaha with YoungBoy NBA and subsequently, rapper Soulja Boy as well.
As it turns out, Lil Durk looks like the big winner after all. All the attention has definitely helped propel “All My Life” to interstellar heights.
The song is excellent. It has a smooth melodic vibe that features rap’s premiere lyricist and Dreamville Records boss, J. Cole. The rhymer is razor sharp with his assist for Lil Durk, and the song is a must listen.
Durk announced on Friday morning that his album, set to be called Almost Healed, will now be released on May 26th. That’s only 13 days from now, but in Hip Hop, that can be a lifetime.
We predict the artist will opt for another single and video drop between now and then. We’ll keep watch and let you know what pops.
Lil Durk fans – let’s go! Until the next time it drips….
