Philadelphia rapper Meek Mill isn’t here for social media. Although he frequently uses Twitter and other platforms, he went online once again to let everybody know he wasn’t with it.
The Dream Chasers boss says he is going to take a break from social media, although it’s easier said than done. Citing that he sees “too much crazy shit,” he tweeted about the matter and hinted at peacing out.
He isn’t the only artist to speak out against the negative impact of online networks like Instagram and Twitter. This week, Atlanta star Young Thug admitted social media makes him “depressed.”
The YSL star went to his Instagram Story with a rant against social media and talked about how bad it makes him feel. āBro, I just noticed like when I look at the Internet, when I look at Instagram and like you know Twitter and sh*t, I get depressed bro,ā he said in the black-and-white video. āThis sh*t is like burnt the f**k out, bro. This sh*t depressing.ā
